Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Accounts are for professional use by legal practitioners and their teams.

You retain all rights in the documents you upload. You confirm that you are permitted to upload them and to have them processed for the purpose of the review.

We store documents in private storage scoped to your account and use them to provide the service to you.

You may use Jakuta to review transaction documents, manage matters and generate reports. You may not use it to process unlawful material, to attempt to access other accounts, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

The service uses automated and AI-assisted analysis. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. Reviews labelled as Demo Reviews contain illustrative sample content and do not analyse your uploaded files.

We make no representation that the service will identify every defect, omission or inconsistency in a file.

Jakuta supports legal professionals with document review and transaction assurance. It does not provide legal advice or replace professional legal judgment. All findings must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional.

You remain solely responsible for the legal work you carry out and for any advice you give to your clients.

Plans are described on the pricing page. Payment processing is not implemented in this version of the product; billing arrangements are agreed directly with us.

You may delete documents, matters and your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes the associated findings, activity and reports.

We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to host and operate the platform. Their availability affects ours.

We apply access controls so that each account can reach only its own data, and we store documents privately. We do not claim any formal certification or audited compliance standard for this version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jakuta Holdings OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses arising from reliance on output that has not been verified by a qualified legal professional.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms and will change the date shown above. These terms are governed by Estonian law.
