Every review is anchored to a matter: property address, client reference, transaction type, jurisdiction and closing date. Documents, findings and activity stay together in one workspace instead of being scattered across email threads and shared drives.
Jakuta compares the details that must agree across a property file - party names, property description, purchase price, deposit, and completion date - and raises an item wherever the documents disagree.
The review checks the file against the expected document set for the transaction type and flags anything that has not been provided, so gaps surface early rather than on the day of closing.
Critical dates are extracted into a single key-dates view for the matter - requisition dates, funding deadlines and the completion date - with upcoming closings surfaced on the dashboard.
No finding stands on its own. Each one records the document it came from and a page reference, with a severity of Low, Medium or High, so a reviewer can verify the underlying text directly.
A qualified legal professional decides the outcome of every finding - approve, dismiss or resolve - and can attach notes. Review runs and decisions are recorded as activity on the matter.
